SPORT and the SPORTING GOODS INDUSTRY are very closely linked. The SPORT UNIVERSE is an extremely exciting, emotionally charged and ever-evolving field in the physical and digital space. It is based on the passion of consumers for movement (in different sports), offers endless companies/brands far-reaching economic options, which among other things provide innovative assistance and solutions for athletes/consumers and ultimately offers retail partners a value-adding field, which they convey through diversity and create added value.

SPORTVERSE is a partner for brands and retailers alike. Through my years of experience on the brand and retail side, I have been able to build up a great experience.

I offer extensive management and consulting services, act as an advisor for companies and startups, I am active as an expert for panel discussions, keynotes or podcasts, guest contributions. In addition, I help to fill important key positions.

My point of view

The executive value proposition has become one of the trendiest, most cutting-edge business terms in recent years, partly because its nature is so elusive.

For many years, a good CEO only needed to make decisions that would satisfy stockholders and the bottom line was the only thing that mattered.

But even without COVID-19 impacting supply chains, workstations, wages, and buying decisions in unpredictable ways, the 21st century C-level leader needs to do more than satisfy stockholders.

To handle more than routine decisions. To understand there’s more to success than the balance sheet. In short, the quintessential leader in a VUCA world needs to be something – or someone – more.
